ID documents, addresses, residence and work permits, insurance, tax identifiers and health restrictions. The sections adapt to the country.
Completeness profiles
For Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Austria and Poland, JOBSON knows which data is mandatory and shows what is missing.

When you enter the same person a second time, JOBSON warns you. It blocks nothing, because foreign workers often have no national ID number.

GDPR in People Records: consents, deadlines and erasure in one place
JOBSON helps you meet your GDPR obligations where you handle personal data every day: in the person record.
- Consents with purpose and validity. For each person you see what they consented to and until when.
- Consent expiry monitoring. JOBSON alerts you when a consent is about to expire and puts people with expired consent in a queue for anonymisation.
- Anonymisation once the purpose ends. When you no longer need the data, JOBSON offers to anonymise it.
- Export and erasure on request. You export or erase a person's data when they ask.
- Change history. For every record you can see who changed what and when, including AI and integrations.
- Access by roles and permissions. Each colleague sees only what they are allowed to: agency, branch, client or site.
- Data in the EU. The application and the AI model process data in the EU.
Your agency is the controller responsible for processing personal data. JOBSON is the processor under the data processing agreement you accept at sign-up.

AI in People Records
During an import, the AI reads the headers and a few masked sample rows and suggests which column belongs to which field, along with date formats and code lists. You review the suggestion and confirm it. AI import mapping is free.
The AI assistant answers questions about your records, for example "whose residence permit expires by the end of the month". It only suggests changes.
AI from a photo of an ID document. In Recruitment, AI fills in the candidate's details from a photo of an ID card, passport or permit. You confirm them, and the candidate then becomes a person record.

How many people can I have in People Records?
Unlimited. We do not count people in your records, candidates or placed workers in the price.
How do I get people from Excel into JOBSON?
Upload an XLSX, ODS, CSV, JSON or XML file. The AI suggests the column mapping for free, you review it and see the proposed changes before anything is written. The import is part of the welcome steps after sign-up.
Does JOBSON find a person whose name is written in Cyrillic?
Yes. Search converts Cyrillic to Latin script and ignores diacritics. Коваль, Koval and Kovaľ are found with the same query.
How does JOBSON help with GDPR?
It records consents with their purpose and validity period, tracks when they expire and offers anonymisation. You can export or erase a person's data. Every change is kept in the history.
What if a candidate asks us to erase or hand over their data?
In the person record you export or erase their data. The change is logged in the history, so you can show who handled the request and when.
Can JOBSON create a person record from an ID card or passport?
Yes, via Recruitment. Upload a photo of an ID card, passport or permit and AI fills in the candidate's details. You check and confirm them. The candidate then becomes a person record.
