What the module does
On-device signature
The worker signs on a tablet or phone, on site. You open the document, hand over the device, done.
Documents in the person record
Contracts, ID documents and attachments with the person they belong to. With document type and validity date.
Your own templates, by drag and drop
Drag in the template you already use, for example from Word. Name, address, position, pay and other data are then filled in from the person record.
Signature for the agency
An authorised person at the agency signs the document too.
Audit trail
For every signature, JOBSON saves a document hash and a record of who signed, when and on which device.
Linked to checklists
The onboarding checklist recognises whether the signed document is in the record.

What kind of signature this is
JOBSON uses a simple electronic signature under the eIDAS Regulation, supplemented by a document hash and an audit trail. It suits everyday employment documents that you sign with the worker in person.
For some documents, the law requires delivery with a recognised electronic signature, for example a notice of dismissal or a pay statement delivered electronically. For such documents, we currently recommend continuing to use paper. Check your specific case with your lawyer.

Can a worker sign a contract remotely?
Not yet. Today documents are signed on a tablet or phone, on site. Remote signing is in development.
Is a signature on a tablet legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS, with a document hash and an audit trail. It is sufficient for many employment documents; for some, the law requires a recognised signature. Check your specific documents with your lawyer.
Can I use my own contract templates?

Where are the documents stored?
In the person record in JOBSON, on servers in the EU. Anyone with the right permissions sees them with the person they belong to.
