What the module does
Client from company ID
JOBSON fills in the name and address from the business register (ARES, RPO, Biała Lista). For other countries you enter them by hand.
Sites
The places where you assign workers. Placements, timesheets, timesheet form learning and recruitment are all linked to them.
Contracts and contacts
Who the contact person is on the client's side and which contracts you have signed.
Contract monitoring
Alerts about expiring client contracts.

Frequently asked questions
Is it a CRM?
Not in the sales sense. The module records the clients you place workers with, their sites, contracts and contacts. It does not include sales opportunities or a sales pipeline.
Can JOBSON invoice clients based on timesheets?
Yes, in the Finance and invoicing module. Confirmed timesheets become billing data, and the billing data becomes the invoice. Invoicing is available for agencies in Czechia and Slovakia.
Which registers can JOBSON look up a client in?
ARES for Czechia, RPO for Slovakia and Biała Lista (the White List) for Poland. You enter clients from Germany and Austria by hand.
