What the module does
Bank batch files
A bulk payment file of salary advances in ABO format for CZK and SEPA for EUR. You upload it to your bank.
Gross pay from the timesheet
From the confirmed timesheet, with standard working hours, bonuses and day types.
Salary advances
Entry, approval, payout with the worker's signature, and standing orders. Each advance loads automatically into that month's timesheet.
Petty cash
Cash book, cash closing and transfers between cash desks. You know how much cash is where.
Tax credits (Czechia)
The worker fills in the taxpayer declaration through a questionnaire, signs it and adds supporting documents. Everything is in their record.
Close and lock
The payroll accountant locks the period. After that, a change is possible only with a reason and stays in the history.

Export lists to CSV or JSON.

The AI assistant answers questions about salary advances and petty cash, for example "how much in advances did we pay out at the Kladno site this month". It never enters an advance or a payment itself; it only suggests.
Frequently asked questions
Does JOBSON calculate net pay and contributions?
No. JOBSON prepares gross pay and salary advances as inputs. Net pay, contributions and payslips are still handled by your payroll program or payroll accountant.
Do you connect to our payroll program?
Exports to payroll programs are in development. Today you can export the inputs to CSV or JSON.
How do cash salary advances work?
The advance is entered and approved, the worker signs for receipt at payout, and the cash book updates automatically. The advance is then loaded into that month's timesheet.
Can JOBSON handle deductions, for example for accommodation, and wage garnishments?
Not yet. General deductions and wage garnishments are in development.
