The Finance and invoicing module in JOBSON 3 connects timesheets with money.Client invoices are created from billing data, you record income and expenses down to the site and person, and profitability statistics show your margin by client. Invoices from timesheets
- Billing data. Confirmed timesheets become billing data, and the billing data becomes the client invoice.
- Three billing models. A coefficient on payroll costs, an hourly rate, or payroll costs 1:1 plus a margin per hour. You can also issue a manual invoice.
- Number series, credit notes and cancellations. Your own number series, corrective tax documents and invoice cancellation.
- PDF with QR payment. Invoices in Czech or Slovak, with a Czech QR Platba code for CZK or a SEPA QR code for EUR.
- CZK and EUR. Invoices in either currency at the Czech National Bank or ECB rate, including reverse charge.
- Send by email. Send the invoice to your client straight from JOBSON, attachments included.
Income and expenses in one place
- Income. Pulled in automatically from issued invoices, or entered by hand.
- Expenses. With categories, approval and recurrence. Assign each expense to the agency, a branch, a client, a site or a person.
AI reads receipts and invoices
Upload a receipt or a supplier invoice and AI extracts the details into an expense. You check and confirm them. Nothing is saved without a person's confirmation. It costs 2 credits per document.
ISDOC files, including ISDOC embedded in a PDF, are read without AI and free of charge.
What each client earns you
Profitability statistics compare revenue, payroll costs and expenses, and calculate gross margin, contribution and result. Compare periods and break results down by branch, client, site and person.
A 13-week cash flow forecast
Cash flow shows how much money will come in and go out over the next 13 weeks. It includes a VAT estimate (for VAT payers) and an estimate of employer contributions at a flat rate of gross pay: 33.8% in Czechia and 36.2% in Slovakia. You can adjust the rate.

Does JOBSON calculate net pay?
No. JOBSON calculates gross pay from timesheets. Net pay, contributions for individual people and payslips stay with your payroll software or payroll accountant. You can export the inputs for them to XLSX, CSV or JSON.
Can I invoice clients straight from timesheets?
Yes. Confirmed timesheets become billing data, and the billing data becomes the invoice. You choose one of three models: a coefficient on payroll costs, an hourly rate, or payroll costs 1:1 plus a margin per hour.
How do invoices get into our accounting?
