An AI assistant that knows your agency
The assistant is available on every screen. Ask in plain language and it answers using your data. It works across modules: People Records, employment and placements, timesheets, recruitment, checklists and petty cash. It has about 95 tools to work with.
- It only suggests entries. Nothing is saved without your click, and a suggestion expires after 15 minutes.
- It treats document content as data, not as instructions.
- Conversation history is kept for 90 days.

What MCP is, in simple terms
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant connect securely to another program. Think of it as a standard plug: you "plug" JOBSON into Claude or ChatGPT, and the assistant can then read your data and, with your permission, change it. You do not need to write any code. You only enter an address and an access token.

When your balance reaches zero, only the AI stops. Everything else in JOBSON keeps working.
How many AI credits will you use?
A rough estimate based on the size of your agency. The credits included in the price arrive every month. If they're not enough, you buy a pack. Nothing is charged automatically.

Where does the AI model run, and where does our data go?
The Google AI model (Vertex AI) processes data in the EU, in the Frankfurt region. Data passes through our own gateway. The app and the database run on servers in the EU.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
That is why it never saves anything on its own. For timesheets, JOBSON also checks the values it reads against the totals on the timesheet and marks rows that do not match in red. Technical errors are not charged.
Is the AI in JOBSON compliant with the AI Act?
JOBSON is designed according to the principles of the AI Act: the AI says it is an AI, a person decides, and every change is traceable. Assessing your own processes under the AI Act is the responsibility of your agency.
Is the AI trained on our data?
No. We use your agency's data only to process your requests. Google (Vertex AI) does not use it to train its models.
Do I pay for AI if I don't use it?
No. The AI runs only when you use it, and you pay only for actual use. You see the price of every operation in advance.
Do I need a developer for MCP?
No. In Claude or ChatGPT, you add a connector with the JOBSON address and paste in a token that you create in the app. MCP is included with the Power add-on.
