JOBSON 3 is web-based software for staffing agencies in the EU. One system combines recruitment, people records, employment contracts and temporary placements, timesheets with AI extraction, payroll inputs with salary advances, documents with on-device signing, accommodation with Ubyport, and deadline checklists.

Yes. Your employees see their shifts, open overtime shifts, announcements from the agency and whom to call at the branch. You send them a schedule or a message from JOBSON: to everyone, to one site or to selected people. It is on Google Play; the iPhone version is in development. It costs €0.60 or CZK 15 a month per employee who opens it in that month.

JOBSON prepares payroll inputs: it calculates gross pay from the confirmed timesheet and records salary advances. Net pay, contributions and payslips are handled by your payroll program or payroll accountant. Exports to payroll programs are in development.

Up to 3 users: €39 or CZK 990 a month. 4 to 10 users: €99 or CZK 2,390. Each additional user: +€5 or +CZK 120. Every feature is included at every tier. The employee mobile app is billed separately, only for employees who use it. Placed workers and candidates are not counted.

Prices in euros are excl. VAT. We do not add VAT to them. We are not a VAT payer, so prices in CZK are final.

A person from your agency's office who logged in at least once in the calendar month. Anyone who didn't log in isn't counted. Workers and candidates are not users.

Monthly in advance, by card or by bank transfer with a QR code. In the first month you pay pro rata. The invoice is issued on the 1st of the month based on the active users in the previous month. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

That was JOBSON 2 with assisted implementation. JOBSON 3 has a public price list from €39 or CZK 990 a month, with no implementation fee.

Yes. Sign-up is free and you don't enter a payment card. You start paying only if you decide to continue after the trial.

30 days, with every feature, including AI and the Power add-on. The countdown starts only with your first real action in the app, that is when you create a person, a placement or a document, or import data. Signing up alone doesn't start it.

If you don't continue, new entries are paused. Your data stays readable and you can export it. We delete nothing.

There's no implementation project. You set everything up yourself in a few minutes, without a consultant or a programmer. After you log in, a setup guide takes you through your agency, branches, bank account, employees from a file with AI, and your first client and site. Every step is saved right away and can be skipped.

It reads timesheets from PDFs and scans, extracts candidates' CVs and emails, writes and translates job ads, recommends candidates, runs the first interview round and answers questions about your agency's data. Every entry is a suggestion that a person confirms.

AI operations are paid with credits. The price includes 300 to 2,000 credits a month, and the trial includes 1,000. Example: 1,000 timesheet rows = 300 credits. Extra packs start at €25 or CZK 600 for 2,000 credits.

The application and database run on servers in the EU. The AI model processes data in the Frankfurt region. Each agency's data is separated directly in the database, and every change can be traced in the history.

It records consents with their purpose and validity, tracks when they expire, and offers anonymisation, erasure and export of a person's data. You conclude the data processing agreement when you sign up.

For agencies in Czechia and Slovakia. For Germany, Austria and Poland the language, currency, public holidays and agency and personal data are ready. So agencies there can start right away.

The interface is in Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Polish, German and English. Each user chooses their own language. AI translates job ads and questionnaires for candidates.

Yes. As soon as you sign up, you also get a demo agency with made-up data where you can try everything without worry. You'll find it in the agency switcher. It's free and has no time limit.

About 120 people, 6 clients with 10 sites, 3 months of timesheets, payroll inputs, invoices and expenses, 5 job orders with candidates, documents and checklists. The data matches your agency's country.

Delete the demo agency and create it again. Nothing is sent from it to anyone, and AI in it uses your agency's credits.

Yes. The REST API for recruitment and people records is included in the price, at no extra cost and with no quota. OpenAPI documentation is available in the app to agency administrators after login.

MCP is an open standard that lets you connect JOBSON to the AI assistant Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant can then answer questions about your agency's data and, with your permission, change it. The MCP server is part of the Power add-on, from €199 or CZK 4,990 a month extra.

Invoices export to POHODA (XML), Money S3 or ISDOC in the Finance and invoicing module (invoicing for agencies in Czechia and Slovakia). Exports straight into payroll programs are in development. Today you can export payroll inputs to CSV or JSON, or read them through the REST API.
