Does JOBSON work as a web application, or does it need to be installed?

JOBSON is a fully web-based application – no installation required. It works perfectly on PCs, mobile phones, and tablets. All you need is a browser and login credentials.

What languages is JOBSON available in?

Currently JOBSON is available in Czech. We are soon preparing translations into Ukrainian, Polish, and English.

Question 3

How long does JOBSON deployment take?

The average time from order to go-live is 2 weeks. Before deployment, we always conduct a consultation directly with the client and customise JOBSON to their specific requirements. We never prioritise speed over the quality of the setup.

Will you help us migrate data from our current system?

Accepted Answer

Yes, data migration is a standard part of the implementation process. We import your existing employees, link them with current databases, and transfer data from Excel files. You won't be starting from scratch.

What does the training include?

Complete training takes place online or offline and is divided into two parts: training for agency management and training for coordinators. Each person learns precisely what they need for their role.

Can JOBSON be customised to our specific processes?

Yes. Every JOBSON deployment is adapted to the specific processes of the given agency – this is one of the core principles of our collaboration. We first understand how you work, and only then do we configure the system.

We use specific payroll software – can JOBSON integrate with it?

Yes. JOBSON can export data to almost any payroll system. We natively support Premier, POHODA, Vario, and ABRA. Integration with other systems is handled individually as part of the implementation.

Question 8

How is the price determined? Is it per user or a flat rate?

The price consists of two parts: a one-time implementation fee (includes deployment and customisation of JOBSON for your agency) and a monthly licence set individually based on the scope of modules used, number of employees, and other parameters. Prices start from 4,000 CZK + VAT / month.

Is there a trial period or demo?

We'd be happy to demonstrate JOBSON in an online meeting and answer all your questions. Since every installation is customised for a specific agency, we don't provide a standard demo version. Instead, you'll get a real overview of how JOBSON would work specifically for you.

Question 10

Where is data stored and who has access to it?

Accepted Answer

Data is stored on secure cloud servers in Europe. Access is exclusively yours – data is always completely separated from other clients' data. If desired, JOBSON can also be operated on your own servers.
