1. Who uses cookies
The jobson.cloud website is operated by BePositive Group s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 05232317, with its registered office at Jičínská 1786/49, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 260372 ("we"). 2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Other technologies work in a similar way, e.g. the browser's local storage, pixels or scripts of measurement tools. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
3. When we need your consent
- We use necessary cookies without consent because the website would not work or would not be secure without them (Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications).
- We store analytics and marketing cookies only with your prior consent. Until then they are switched off.
On your first visit we show you a banner where you can accept or reject cookies or choose individual categories. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

We run measurement and marketing tools through Google Tag Manager in Google Consent Mode v2. The default state of the optional categories is "denied"; it changes only after you give consent.

5.4 The JOBSON application
This policy applies to the jobson.cloud website. The my.jobson.cloud application uses cookies necessary for login, security and language settings.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta may transfer data from cookies to the USA. Such transfers are based on the Commission's decision on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may limit the website's functions.
8. Your rights
Where cookies contain personal data, you have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
9. Changes
We update the cookie overview whenever the tools on the website change. The effective date is shown in the header.
