A pack is valid for 24 months
- Nothing tops up automatically and nothing is charged extra. At a zero balance only AI stops; the rest of JOBSON keeps running.
- We alert you at 20 % and 5 % remaining.
- Unused purchased credits are refunded in money when you end your subscription.

- Free. You don't enter a payment card when you sign up.
- 30-day trial
- Every feature, including AI and the Power add-on. Your 30 days start with your first real action (your first person, placement, document or import), not at sign-up.
- Demo agency
- As soon as you sign up, you also get a demo agency with made-up data where you can try everything without worry. It's free with no time limit; AI in it uses your agency's credits.
- Setup
- You set everything up yourself in a few minutes, without a consultant or a programmer. A setup guide takes you through it after you log in.
- After the trial
- If you don't continue, new entries are paused. Your data stays readable and you can export it.
- Payment
- Monthly in advance, per calendar month. The invoice is issued on the 1st of the month based on the number of active users in the previous month.
- First month
- You pay pro rata for the remaining days.
- Payment method
- By card, or by bank transfer with a QR code. Cards are processed by Stripe; card details never reach JOBSON.
- No extra fees
- No implementation fee, no paid set-up, no sales rep.
- Changing the Power add-on
- Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the pro-rata difference. Downgrades apply from the next month.
- Cancellation
- Any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
- Your data
- We don't delete it. Export any time, even after you leave.
- Invoice currency
- Agencies from Czechia in CZK, all others in EUR.

All news →Who counts as an active user?
A person from your agency's office who logged in to JOBSON at least once in the given calendar month. Invited people who haven't logged in are not counted. Workers and candidates are not users.
Is sign-up free? Do I have to enter a card?
Sign-up is free and you don't enter a card. You have the first 30 days to try every feature. You start paying only if you decide to continue after the trial.
When do the 30 free days start?
With your first real action in the app: when you create a person, a placement or a document, or import data. Signing up alone doesn't start the countdown, so you have time to set things up.
Why is there a jump between 3 and 4 users?
From 4 users you pay €99 or CZK 2,390, and that price covers up to 10 people. Users five to ten cost nothing extra.
Is VAT charged?
Prices in euros are excl. VAT. We do not add VAT to them. We are not a VAT payer, so prices in CZK are final.
Does the price differ by country?
No. The price list is the same in every country. Agencies from Czechia pay in CZK, all others in euros. Euro prices are fixed and are not converted at the exchange rate.
The old website said "from CZK 4,000 with unlimited users". Which is correct?
This JOBSON 3 price list applies: from €39 or CZK 990 a month, priced by active users. The older figures referred to JOBSON 2 with assisted implementation.
What happens if AI credits run out?
Only the AI features stop. Everything else keeps running. You can buy a credit pack; nothing is charged automatically.
Is the REST API included?
Yes, in the price, at no extra cost and with no quota. The MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT is part of the Power add-on.
Do you offer annual billing or a discount?
For now you pay monthly, with no commitment. For large groups we can set up a tailored SuperPower solution.
