Which timesheet formats can the AI read?
PDFs and scanned timesheets, even when every client uses a different form. JOBSON learns the form of a specific site from one sample. Export Excel files with macros to PDF.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
JOBSON compares the values read with the totals on the timesheet and marks mismatched rows in red. You have the row read again, correct it or discard it. Only what you confirm is written.
How much does AI timesheet reading cost?
0.3 credits per row, so 300 credits for 1,000 rows. Timesheets for one worker for a month (about 22 working days) ≈ 6.6 credits, roughly CZK 2. The price includes 300 to 2,000 credits a month. Reading the same document again is free.
Does JOBSON calculate net pay?
No. JOBSON calculates gross pay from the timesheet and prepares the payroll inputs. Net pay and contributions are handled by your payroll program or payroll accountant.
Can JOBSON load attendance from the client's time-recording system?
We do not have a direct connection yet. Timesheet import via API directly from clients' time-recording systems is in development. For now, export the timesheet from the client's system to PDF and upload it, and the AI will read it.
