JOBSON.cloud was a proud sponsor of the meeting of the Association of Employment Agencies of the Czech Republic (Asociace pracovních agentur), held on 4 June 2026 in Humpolec. We met with representatives of employment agencies from across the Czech Republic to discuss where the administration of agency employment is heading — and how to make it significantly simpler.
At the event, we presented the latest features of the JOBSON system and showed how automation and artificial intelligence can be meaningfully built into the day‑to‑day processes of employment agencies.
What we showed at the meeting
The end of scattered data. Agencies routinely juggle payroll software, recruitment tools, spreadsheets and emails. JOBSON brings this data together in one place — from recruitment through temporary assignment and accommodation all the way to preparing payroll inputs. We don't replace your payroll system; we connect to it.
AI attendance processing. We demonstrated live how JOBSON extracts attendance from PDFs, scans and spreadsheets in a matter of minutes — without a single manually retyped line. What used to take dozens of hours a month is done almost instantly.
Automation across the whole agenda. One‑click contract generation with digital signing on a tablet, accommodation records with automatic payroll deductions, and tracking of document validity — all in one connected place.
What we're working on. We also introduced a mobile app for employees (shifts, documents and payslips in their pocket) and the upcoming JOBSON AI module — a chatbot that understands natural language, reads data from JOBSON and carries out commands, including via Telegram.
