JOBSON 3 is here: one app with AI for everything a staffing agency does

At the end of September, we announced that a new JOBSON was on its way. Today it is here.

After several months of analysis and discussions with people from staffing agencies, we are releasing the third version of our system. It is the best JOBSON we have built.

JOBSON 3 is an all-in-one app for staffing agencies, powered by AI. From recruitment and contracts to timesheets, payroll inputs and invoicing, all on top of one set of people records. You never enter anything twice.

What you will find in JOBSON 3

• Timesheets with AI. AI reads a client's timesheet from a PDF or scan and flags rows that don't add up in red. It learns each client's form from a single sample.
• Recruitment (ATS). Job orders on a kanban board, candidates from email and your website, and an AI recruiter for the first interview round. You edit the job order's recruitment page with a plain sentence. The Employ button creates both the employment contract and the placement.
• People Records and checklists. Everyone in one database, with search that works in Cyrillic too. Checklists keep track of residence permits, medical check-ups and training, and every morning they tell you what needs sorting out.
• Documents and e-signature. Your own templates, dragged in from Word. Details fill in from the person record, and signing happens on a tablet or phone, right on site.
• Payroll inputs and salary advances. Gross pay from timesheets, salary advances with approval and signature, petty cash, and ABO and SEPA bank batch files.
• Finance and invoicing. Client invoices from timesheets, expenses with AI receipt extraction, profitability statistics and cash flow. Export to POHODA, Money S3 or ISDOC. Invoicing is for agencies in Czechia and Slovakia.
• Accommodation. Worker accommodation by room and bed, and a Ubyport file to download.

AI that handles the back-office routine

The AI in JOBSON prepares work that you do by hand in the office today. Less routine means lower back-office costs.

• The built-in AI assistant is at hand on every screen. Ask in plain language and it answers using your agency's data.
• JOBSON in your Claude or ChatGPT. The MCP server connects JOBSON to the AI you already use, with no programming. The MCP server is part of the Power add-on.

All this from €39 a month

JOBSON 3 costs €39 a month for up to 3 users and €99 for 4 to 10 users. Each additional user costs €5. In Czech crowns it is CZK 990, 2,390 and 120.
